Daily structure while out of work after 5 years as a production planner

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
