Daily structure while out of work after 4 years as an accounts payable clerk

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and my days blur together. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
