Daily structure while out of work after 4 years as a retail manager

Since my layoff as a retail manager I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
