Daily structure while out of work after 4 years as a bank teller

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
