Daily structure while out of work after 18 years as a software tester

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and my days blur together. It has been a long 14 weeks. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
