Daily structure while out of work after 17 years as a social media manager

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
