Daily structure while out of work after 16 years as a recruiter

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a recruiter before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
