Daily structure while out of work after 14 years as a quality inspector

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
