Daily structure while out of work after 14 years as a graphic designer

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a graphic designer before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
