Daily structure while out of work after 13 years as an office manager

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
