Daily structure while out of work after 13 years as an accountant

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
