Daily structure while out of work after 12 years as an HR coordinator

Since my layoff as an HR coordinator I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
