Daily structure while out of work after 12 years as an electrician's helper

Since my layoff as an electrician's helper I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
