Daily structure while out of work after 12 years as a copywriter

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and my days blur together. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
