Daily structure while out of work after 11 years as an insurance claims processor

Since my layoff as an insurance claims processor I have no real structure. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
