Daily structure while out of work after 11 years as an insurance claims processor

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and my days blur together. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
