Daily structure while out of work after 11 years as a mechanic

Since my layoff as a mechanic I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
