Daily structure while out of work after 10 years as a social media manager

I have been out of work for 26 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
