Daily structure while out of work after 10 years as a delivery driver

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
