Daily structure while out of work, accounts payable clerk here

I have been out of work for 8 weeks and my days blur together. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
