Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
