Daily structure while out of work - 9 months and counting

Since my layoff as a sales associate I have no real structure. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
