Daily structure while out of work - 9 months and counting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
