Daily structure while out of work - 9 months and counting

Since my layoff as a welding apprentice I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
