Daily structure while out of work - 8 months and counting

Since my layoff as an administrative assistant I have no real structure. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
