Daily structure while out of work

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
