Daily structure while out of work

Since my layoff as a medical assistant I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
