Daily structure while out of work - 4 weeks in

Since my layoff as a bookkeeper I have no real structure. It has been a long 4 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
