Daily structure while out of work

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and my days blur together. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
