Daily structure while out of work - 3 months and counting

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
