Daily structure while out of work - 20 weeks in

Since my layoff as a copywriter I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
