Daily structure while out of work - 18 weeks in

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
