Daily structure while out of work - 15 weeks in

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
