Daily structure while out of work - 14 weeks in

Since my layoff as a line cook I have no real structure. I worked as a line cook before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
