Daily structure while out of work - 13 months and counting

Since my layoff as a welding apprentice I have no real structure. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
