Daily structure while out of work - 10 months and counting

Since my layoff as a dental hygienist I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
