Childcare while job hunting, what worked? - what worked for you?

I have 13 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
