The daycare near me wants more than I can pay. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 3 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
