Childcare while job hunting, what worked? - what worked for you?

I have 13 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am willing to trade favours. Is there an emergency option?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
