Childcare while job hunting, what worked? - what worked for you?

I have 8 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
