Childcare while job hunting, what worked?, recruiter here

I have 9 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A neighbour offered help but not every day.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
