Childcare while job hunting, what worked?, operations analyst here

I have 8 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
