I have 16 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. Any experience at all would help. I am willing to trade favours.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 12 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
