Childcare while job hunting, what worked? - first time posting

I have 14 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I worked as a graphic designer before this. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
