Childcare while job hunting, what worked? - first time posting

I have 16 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
