Childcare while job hunting, what worked? - first time posting

I have 13 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am willing to trade favours. Is there an emergency option?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 25 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
