The daycare near me wants more than I can pay. It has been a long 11 weeks. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 11 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
