Childcare while job hunting, what worked? - first time posting

I have 16 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. It has been weighing on me all week. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
