Childcare while job hunting, what worked? after 3 years as a social media manager

I have 3 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I do not usually post, so bear with me. A neighbour offered help but not every day.

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
