Childcare while job hunting, what worked? after 14 years as a janitorial supervisor

My hours will change when I find a job and childcare is my biggest worry. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long.

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
